Policy for training expectations

Expectations: Clear, concise, and realistic expectations will help to ease your way into this new lifestyle without getting burnt out. When it comes to fitness and long-lasting changes, these things take time. Be patient with yourself and the process. Effort: You get what you put into it. If I, “your coach” make recommendations and offer support, and you decide not to follow what is offered. That is totally fine, just know that you might not get the results you are working towards. It is important for expectation and effort to be in alignment. Sustainability: As a promise from BeYou Fitness, no matter where you start, I will find a good balance that will work for you. It is also your responsibility to listen to your body to ensure you are not overdoing it. This is in the realm of not sustaining food intake based on nutrition, overtraining on exercise, and NOT letting your body properly rest. This can lead to injury over time and burn out. If your coach makes suggestions to back off or take extra rest, it is your reasonability to ensure you take that advice We do NOT work through injury, joint pain, or strains. If anything comes up that you are not sure about, always talk to your health care professional and your coach. Consistency: If you want to see consistent results, you need be consistently applying effort based on your ability level. This goes for training, nutrition, accountability, habits and proper recovery protocol. Patience: It is unlikely that you got to where you’re at today overnight; and it is unrealistic to think that you’re going to change overnight. This will take time, but if you want to see consistent results that are sustainable. You will have to exercise your patience and be empathetic with yourself during this process. Mindset: Mindset can change everything; you will not make sustainable change if you have a negative outlook. It is just as important to work on training your mental state as much as your physical state. Be nice to yourself, forgive yourself, and encourage yourself. This is how you grow, progress, and develop lifelong healthier habits. Accountability: All Access #1 & 2 Plan focuses on building a solid understanding of weightlifting and fundamental habits to pursue your own fitness goals. Reach out to me if you need support. Take advantage of your community, you have another BeYou Fitness Support group to chat with and to talk about any subjects. Just keep it appropriate and kind.My gym has lifted over 80,000 lbs. In max volume.
