About

I established BeYou Fitness in 2019 and have 13 years of personal training and group training experience.
I competed and trained at Lakeshore Taekwondo Academy in 2012 to 2013. Loved the class and community, but wanted to do weight training. I joined a local crossfit gym in Grand Haven , Michigan. Fell in love with weight training and committed to make this a part of my life permanently. She did an apprenticeship at Crossfit Unsalted for 6 months and received a
certification.
